  • All dimensions are approximate.
  • Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted and 3D-printed nature of our products.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time.

Custom & Personalized Products

Most Booper collars and accessories are custom-made.

By placing an order for a custom item, you acknowledge:

  • The design details you select are final once submitted.
  • Custom products are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Production begins shortly after order confirmation.

It is your responsibility to ensure sizing and customization details are accurate before checkout.

QR Code & SMS Functionality

Booper collars may include a QR code that initiates a pre-configured SMS message when scanned.

By purchasing and activating this feature, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your contact information updated.
  • Booper Inc. is not liable for failed message delivery due to carrier issues, service disruptions, device incompatibility, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • SMS delivery is dependent on third-party carrier networks.

The QR feature is intended as an aid in pet recovery and does not guarantee the return of a lost pet.

Pet Safety Disclaimer

Our collars and accessories are designed for everyday wear; however:

  • No collar is indestructible.
  • Supervision is recommended, especially when pets are crated, tethered, or playing vigorously.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper fit and safe use.

Booper Inc. is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or improper sizing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Applicable taxes based on their shipping address.
  • Currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
  • Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees for international shipments.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing times:

  • Custom items: 2–3 business days
  • Non-custom items: 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier. Once shipped, Booper Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs processing times.

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. See more in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Custom products are final sale unless defective.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Logos
  • Product designs
  • Snap-in “bip” designs
  • Product names
  • Images

Branding are the intellectual property of Booper Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booper Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Emotional distress related to pet loss
  • Delays caused by third-party carriers
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario or your jurisdiction.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to fulfill orders and operate QR/SMS features.
