Thank you for choosing Booper. Each collar and accessory is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
Because many of our products are custom-made, processing times vary:
- Custom Products (including customized collars):
Please allow 2–3 business days for production prior to shipment. - Non-Custom Products (ready-to-ship items):
Please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation prior to shipment.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times, delays, and service disruptions are outside of Booper Inc.’s control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
International Orders (Outside Canada)
Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Booper Inc. does not collect or control these fees and cannot estimate their cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer remains responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, or carrier charges incurred.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products:
All custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Booper Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
