Returns & Refund Policy

Booper is committed to quality craftsmanship and transparency. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and applies to online purchases made through our website.

Returns

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products:

  • All custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can assist.

Refunds

We customize and print on-demand our products and as such do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Sale items, discounted items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Provide clear photos of the issue
    • Include your order number

If the product is confirmed defective, Booper will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item
  • Issue a refund

Incorrect Orders

If we made an error in your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
